Objectives The objective this was compare effect PTNS medical therapy (MT) ACH BAG female Methods This a prospective multi-center cohort study. Sample sizes 63 per group were calculated be necessary detect clinically relevant difference in primary end point, FSFI. Sexually-active women OAB completed Overactive Bladder questionnaire (OAB-q), FSFI, Beck Depression Inventory visual analog pain scale prior after 12 weeks therapy. Results 175 patients recruited 104 follow up (58/108 ACH, 31/49 BAG, 13/18 PTNS). had lower overall FSFI (p=0.04), worse (p=0.01) decreased lubrication (p=0.006) groups. After there significant differences between groups sub-domain scores. There within-group from pre- post-treatment, worsening arousal (p=0.046) improvement (p=0.04) BAG. treatment, postmenopausal significantly better (p=0.01), desire (p=0.003), (p=0.009) orgasm (p=0.01). Conclusions While both MT improved OAB, resulted aspects such as arousal, while function pain. Improvement pronounced sub-group women. further research necessary, provides additional information about comparative treatments which may ultimately lead patient selection outcomes. Disclosure No.
